  歡迎使用本家首長信箱,為維護陳情人及被陳情人權益,請詳閱以下注意事項並配合辦理:

  • 對於本家行政興革之建議、行政法令之查詢、行政違失之舉發或行政上權益之維護,可透由本信箱或以書面、首長電話等方式提出陳情及建議。
  • 依行政程序法第173條規定,有下列情形之一者,本家將不予處理:
  1. 無具體內容或未具真實姓名或住址者。
  2. 同一事由,經予適當處理,並已明確答覆後,而仍一再陳情者。
  3. 非主管陳情內容之機關,接獲陳情人以同一事由分向各主管機關陳情者。 
  • 請您務必於陳情資料中填具真實姓名、電子郵件及聯絡方式(聯絡地址、電話),對於您填寫的資料,依據個人資料保護法及相關規定,不對外公開或作為其它用途,僅提供承辦單位業務需要聯繫使用。
  • 為確保您的電子信箱未遭他人冒用,並確實可收到本家回覆信,請您務必於3日內點選系統自動寄送之首長信箱確認函,完成信件確認後,我們將儘速依序處理您的陳情。若未於3日內按送確認信,本家將不受理此案。
  • 您可以至【案件查詢】輸入首長信箱受理通知函提供之案件編號、安全密碼及電子郵件帳號查詢即可。
  • 陳情案件處理期限為系統收到您的確認信件後,如係本家業務職掌範圍以不超過7日,如涉及其他機關以不超過30日為原則(均為工作日,須扣除例假日)。

 Welcome to use our homepage mailbox. In order to protect the rights of petitioners and the persons affected by their petitions, please read and follow these precautions:
  • Proposals regarding administrative reforms, enquiries on administrative decrees, reports on administrative violations, and protection of administrative rights may be submitted through this mailbox. Such reports and proposals may also be brought forward in writing or through phone calls to the Head of the Home. In accordance with Article 173 of the Administrative Procedure Act, the Home will not handle a petition if any of the following circumstances apply:
  1. No specific content or no real name or address is provided.
  2. The same issue is reported again, after it has been properly dealt with and has been clearly answered.
  3. The petitioner reports the same matter to several government agencies, including the competent authority and one or more agencies that are not the competent authority.
  • Please fill in your real name, email, and contact information (address, telephone number) under the petitioner’s personal information. This information will not be publicly disclosed or used for any other purposes in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related regulations. The information will only be used by the handling unit if it needs to contact the petitioner.
  • To verify that your e-mail address is not fraudulently used by others and to ensure that you can receive replies from the home, please click on the link in the confirmation letter which will be sent automatically from the system within three (3) days. After confirmation of your email address, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your petition as soon as possible. If you do not confirm your email address within three (3) days, the Home will not accept your case.
  • In the [Case Enquiry section], you may enter the case number, security code, and email account provided to you in an email from the Head of the organization.
  • If the petition falls within the scope of authority of the Home, it will process your case within seven (7) days from the date when the system receives the confirmation of your email address. If the processing of your petition involves other agencies, the processing time will not exceed thirty (30) working days.
