Service Philosophy
The Children’s Home is a public institution. In recent years, the central competent authorities gave the Home top ratings in its National Evaluation of Children’s Organizations. As a demonstration unit among public institutions, the Home’s vision is to become a role model for children’s institutions in Taiwan and to implement the Convention on the Rights of the Child and build an environment of “Healthy Growth and Happy Learning” through the provision of “life guidance and care”, “physical and mental health services”, “leisure activities”, “support for study and independent living skills”, and “social resources integration”, to support every child in the Home to return to society as a good citizen. Life outside the Home is our overriding goal.
